Manufacturing Process

From Bale to Finished Yarn

Step 1: Bale Plucker

Raw cotton bales are opened and cleaned using LMW LA 23 Bale Plucker.

Step 2: Blow Room

Cleaning and mixing of fibers through UNIMIX and FLEXI Clean with contamination detection.

Step 3: Carding

Fibers are parallelized using 12 carding machines for uniform sliver formation.

Step 4: Simplex

Drawing, roving formation on LMW LF1400A simplex frames with 144 spindles.

Step 5: Ring Frame

Spinning to final yarn count on LMW LR6/S — 1008 spindles per frame, 24 frames total.

Step 6: Auto Coner & TFO

Coning on MURATA/SAVIO machines, then TFO twisting for double/folded yarns.
